Desktop privacy
Local by design.
WYD Penguin is a Windows app in development. No public app download is offered here yet. This page describes the current desktop design; a released build will need its own confirmed release information.
What stays on your PC
The app checks the focused application, configured browser-title clues and the time since your last keyboard or mouse input. These signals are processed locally in memory to decide when to remind you. They are not saved as an activity history or uploaded.
The current app does not record keys typed, take screenshots, record your microphone or load developer-operated analytics. Browser title matching can misclassify pages; it does not verify website addresses.
Your preferences
Settings such as approved apps, title clues, hours, sound, pauses and an optional first name are stored in your Windows user profile. You can edit them in the app. Settings > Advanced includes the local reset action. Direct uninstall preserves preferences unless you reset them first.
