Does it need the internet?
The desktop app works offline. Downloads, Microsoft Store updates, and links you choose to open use the internet separately.
Does it know which website I'm on?
It matches visible browser window titles against clues you choose. Those clues can be inaccurate; it does not verify URLs or store browsing history. A whole browser is never approved by default.
Can I tell it to chill?
Yes. Take a 15-minute break from Home, choose a longer break, or resume whenever you like. Sound and timing are yours to adjust.
What if I'm reading without touching the PC?
The default three-minute inactivity rule can remind you even in an approved app. Increase the threshold or pause for reading, presentations or videos.
Is it available yet?
The Windows app is in development. There is no public download or Microsoft Store listing yet. Verified links will appear here when it is ready.
